    The change happened quite a while ago. It's not as user friendly and throws up bug every now and again. Going back to the previous forums would be them admitting this is a failure, and they wouldn't do that.

    We'll have to wait until the next 'update.' Hopefully that doesn't make things worse.

    If you are going to want people to take you seriously you need to type like and adult. As for the forums being hard to navigate, they can be for while but you'll get used to them. We've all said the same thing the day they actually changed them.

    The Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team do not respond in these forums. They only respond to people who are already
    suspended/banned, they do not discuss pending investigations. If you didn't do anything wrong, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

    If someone is harassing you on LIVE please follow the instructions written in the support documentation
    here.
