Discus and support IM CONFUSED! in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; ok ... so .. i did preorder final fantasy xv ... just before release ... i did not pre order watchdogs 2 .... nor dr4.... i see no rewards credit for...     ok ... so .. i did preorder final fantasy xv ... just before release ... i did not pre order watchdogs 2 .... nor dr4.... i see no rewards credit for any of this ... i happen to look at my mission page ... it said i preordered watchdogs2 and dr4 ... but
    not ffxv... wd2 out a while and dr4 a day or so ... am i going to get anything for my spending 200 plus bucks since last deposit? ... it has 7100 up now but its for the 30th of november ... so ... that cant be those last two... im confused ... please make
    sure i get something here .... thanxs ... those of us who try and get rewarded have to post to resolve stuff dang near monthly ... and about every time we exspect anything ... you always do something but this system is never strait forward ... and always full
    of catches .. whats the deal this time?

    The change happened quite a while ago. It's not as user friendly and throws up bug every now and again. Going back to the previous forums would be them admitting this is a failure, and they wouldn't do that.

    We'll have to wait until the next 'update.' Hopefully that doesn't make things worse.

    If you are going to want people to take you seriously you need to type like and adult. As for the forums being hard to navigate, they can be for while but you'll get used to them. We've all said the same thing the day they actually changed them.

    The Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team do not respond in these forums. They only respond to people who are already
    suspended/banned, they do not discuss pending investigations. If you didn't do anything wrong, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

    If someone is harassing you on LIVE please follow the instructions written in the support documentation
    here.
