im confused when am i getting rewarded?

ok ... so .... i bought ffxv pre order and watchdogs 2 and dead rising 4 non preorder.... so im wondering what credit am i going to get?..... i out of curiosity went to check out my missions area ... notice preorder mission and saw that it listed the two
games wd2 and dr4.... that i bought after release ... listed as preordered ... and ffxv ... as not ... which is odd because its backward... i show 7100 credits that are pending since before I bought the wd2 and dr4.... am i going to get anything for these
games.... i have spent over 200 bucks in two weeks ... its been well over 96 hours ... and its made me aware i need but spend 95 bucks to get my discount raised to 8% teir4 ... but what about the points im obviously not registering now... youve always fixed
or did something ... but as any of us who use the rewards system,,, we almost always have to write these letters....

have things changed recently??

im getting use to it...

i still get a bit confused on the games section.. really thats the only thing i could see changing later when games come out... im no sure how it would be expanded but im ok with the setup now..

The first thing I thought of when I seen the title of this is when Butters form South Park get getting told he was confused, then he started getting confused because people were telling him he was confused and he admitted it and everyone thought he was confused,

The missions page for Games on Demand is currently set up to grey out all purchases of the titles on that page. So while your purchases were not pre-orders, they will be recorded there. Furthermore, that page is only tracking the regular/standard edition
of games, which is why your premium edition purchase of Final Fantasy did not get marked off.

Regarding your purchases of Dead Rising 4 and Watch Dogs 2, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated December's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending for those purchases.

Any information about a suspension will be found
here in your enforcement history. You can also submit a case review, if qualified, on that site.

We see that you were able to send 4 referrals to Gold. Keep in mind that we use the billing email for users. If your friend has a different billing email than his Microsoft Account email, his referral email may have ended up in an unexpected location. For
reference, you can see your billable email at (https://account.microsoft.com/profile#/), under "Edit Your Billing Email".

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Once you complete an offer (really about 96 hours after), credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the rewards site. Credits are deposited
into your Microsoft account balance as cash by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000), you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date
listed on the site at the time that you make the request. The MyRewards section of the site will also show you your statement which will include a list of all offers you've completed as well as any deposits that have taken place.

your account is silver aka free account you need a gold aka paid account to play online either use a CC, or other form of payment or a store bought pre pay code for LIVE Gold.
