    Hello Community, My Gamertag is Little Armalite, and today i am writing with my concerns as to why i have received a 7 day chat ban from my live account one the xbox one platform, my ban was received on 13/11/2019 and is due to on 20/11/2019, i have received
    one chat ban before for a day last year due to my own admitted stupidity, however tonight is different, i am an avid lover of the game Ark Survival Evolved and 2 months ago i decided to take a break from the game so my wife and i packed up and left the game
    not to play for a while, over that time i messaged no via xbox other than my wife on her app when she was out and i was in the house, the past 2 days we decided to play again and i have only spoken to the close friends that i have played with in the past only
    about the game and my baby girl who is having her own problems, friendly chat and i can only give short answers as i have a chest infection, i haven spoke in Ark survival game chat once to advise another player on a better tame to look for for the job they
    have been doing, 2 people responded to me in the chat regarding the tame and the chat was left at that, i was not impolite nor imposing or bullying and cannot understand as to why soon after i recieved a 7 day chat ban, i would like some help and advice as
    to how to appeal to the ban as my friends promise they never reported me as a troll and the only other 2 people i have spoken to over xbox in 2 months was about a dinosaur on a game, im confused and quite upset to recieve a ban for something i do not believe
    i have done and if i have unknowingly offended or upset someone in anyway i am truly sorry, could someone please reply i or, my first ban last year i deserved, this one i do not believe i deserve and would appreciate if i could get it lifted, thankyou.

    Hello, sorry to hear you have recieved a ban and are upset about it. The Xbox Enforcement team are the people that deal with the bans and they don't use the xbox forums so you would have to contact them directly to find out more about your ban. You always
    have the right to appeal againgst your ban and it could just be a simple mistake and be lifted straight away. Are you sure you haven't had any gaming experience with anyone other than with your two friends that you mentioned that could of lead to a ban being
    enforced? Bear in mind that anyone can report you for anything, so the person that reported you could be anyone for any given reason. Good luck and all the best for getting your ban lifted, I hope it all goes well for you.
