as much as i would love to have it be, i cannot recover my account saying my only alternative would be to create a new account, and considering i do have purchases on that account i would not like to abandon it, and i also have it being set as a parent account on family safety so now i cannot change anything there either(note: i have once been messing around with those functions and then forgetting i left them on, they weren't a problem really but since i can't change anything now i cannot play games like i would want to play them)

If your blocked out of outlook your blocked out of everything related to it. The only way to recover it is through outlook. I actually confirmed my Xbox account was mine with an Xbox representative but they cant help me because like I said the only way to
recover my account is through this stupid form outlook makes you fill out. I can't wait until my new recovery method is in place because its rendered obsolete if your account is under suspicion and its pointless anyways because when you fail the form once
they remove all possible recovery methods except for the form. From my hour with an Xbox representative it became quite obvious that your Xbox live account is pretty much 100% bonded to you email, they have no contingency to separate the 2 if you're blocked
out of your email. This is really disturbing because if I or anyone actually was hacked and this same scenario happened we lose everything.

Hey, I'm afraid I cannot help.

My problem was my Microsoft account got hacked and I was blocked out if my minecraft account. I don't have any idea on how to help you. My problem wasn't fixed either I just had to make a new account and buy minecraft again, losing a lot of progress on servers. Sorry I can't help you, try and see maybe you got an email from Microsoft about a password or email change to your Microsoft account, but I'm afraid it won't help getting your Microsoft account back. Sorry I can't help more I'm just speaking from my experience, hope you have more luck then me.
