Hey, just taking a stab in the dark, but have you checked your account settings to make sure nothing is blocked? You possibly have it blocked in the privacy and online safety area.

yes I have, nothing is blocked at all, I did everything Xbox support told me to do and every single step does nothing to help me with this problem.

i did double check and nothing blocking it

As i'll say again changing settings did nothing to stop him . changing emails did nothing to stop him . heck changing account names did nothing to stop him either. and blocking him hasnt worked i blocked communications with him. He still sent messages ,
which i did a support report on that by itself , since i know from experience when you block someone they shouldnt be able to message you again.

Some of the *** he's pulled makes me sometimes feel that we could throw him in jail and he would still find a way to send threats.

As long as you've filed a complaint on him, the enforcement team will investigate him. Your brother should also block communications with him.

We did both, We also filed complaints about 3 months ago on him, it seemed like nothing got done then, Im worried that nothing will get done this time as well.
