    I used to have a Minecraft realm that would auto-renew. I never cancelled it, but last month it "expired" so it was no longer playable, even though the payment for it processed the day before that. I was then charged two more time for this same service before it was restored. I currently have no minecraft realm auto-renewing subscriptions, but I'm still being charged for it. I tried to get this sorted out last month, but there doesn't seem to be a way to actually contact microsoft. Anyone know how to actually get in touch with a person? because i cancalled them each account but still getting charger doesnt show up in the https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?lang=en-US which is confuse me and need help

    I do not see the current recurring charge listed at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ currently there's no history of that charge ever being made, but I know it used to be on there as I've had Minecraft Realms for well over a year. The only charges listed are the two new charges I had to make to regain access to my realm.

    After checking my girlfriend's subscription history we found the payment history is now on her account somehow. She also does not currently have access to any realms on minecraft, and she's never had a realm. The realm in question has alway been under my name, I'm listed as the owner, and it worked for over a year with no problems. Now I'm still paying for it but no one has access to it.

    All subscriptions have been cancelled and refunds have been requested. I guess we'll see what happens.

    If not, could you check if you have a different account where the charges are coming from?

    Once you have found the account where the charges are taken from you can request a refund.

    To get a refund, please go here and copy the the order number https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    Then use it to fill out this form https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/forms/request-a-...

    After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 72 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

    This is indeed a pretty unusual situation. Usually, this would be solved by directly contacting Xbox Support, but since this situation is unusual, it may also be worth contacting Mojang Support, and I mean this because you cancelled and it does not appear on your Order History:

    Sorry to reply a couple of months later, but I was wondering how the refund request went for you? I had the same exact problem and also requested a refund, but they only approved the last time I was charged and denied the two charges before that when the realm had already stopped working, and I had already made sure the subscription was cancelled (but continued to get charged anyways).
