Im being charged double every month for xbox live and xbox live gold, please help!

For the past 2 months I have been charged double for my xbox subscription. I get my normal purchase of $10.00 for Gold on the 3rd but suddenly I was also charged $10.00 again for Xbox live gold on the 8th, only 5 days apart from my last auto-renew purchase.
All i can think of doing is canceling the membership and if that does not work i would have to cancel my card. please help!

XBOX LIVE GOLD

Hi im having issues getting xbox live gold. Im being billed some fee though for every try. I go to confirm purchase then it go back to memberships available e.g 1 month xbox live gold then il select that and it will take me back to confirm purchase. please
help

Why did I get charged for gold 3 months and have no gold now?

I recently got charged for 3 months gold but I already got charged last month for 3 month gold membership, im not sure if it's automatic renew but I never got asked only charged for it but now xbox.com and xbox live say I have silver membership when I should
have another 5 months gold?! can someone please help me

Check your subscriptions at Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure they are for the same thing and see if you can cancel 1 there. If not, contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

You may want to look to see if there is possibly two different accounts that has your card on it that you may be paying a subscription for on each account.

You may want to look to see if there is possibly two different accounts that has your card on it that you may be paying a subscription for on each account.

i dont beleve this would be true as when i check my xbox account's purchase history it shows it bills me 2 times on that account :/ thanks for the feedback though
