As long as you have reported them the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action. You should also block communications from them. There is no need to have anyone else report them as no one here would have played with them.

well no there is no way to get a free gamertag change

there are better steps

set communications to friends only

don't accept random invites

and file a complaint on the said gamertag

this will not only prevent random msgs

but you control who can msg you

blocking communications/muting/filing complaints tools given on the system. Another alternative if you're frequently finding
abuse is you can set your
privacy and online settings to friends only. Also as ngocphi said, there's no way to get a free gamertag change.
