IM BEING BANNED FOR NO REASON

I keep getting suspended from playing online, im sick and tired of this, players are reporting me for things i haven't done! and then i get suspended for it! I want you to undo this and let me go on playing my games, it's not like i dont pay my subscription,
so unban me and ill be on my way.

Account Being Banned for No Reason!!

Hello,

Today I tried to go onto my Xbox One, and play GTA 5.. Although when I go to click online, it pops up I am not able to go onto Xbox Live due to my previous actions..

I contacted Xbox Support and basically said they can't do anything..

I have an idea why I may of been banned, as one time I was playing GTA 5 on Xbox 360 and randomly someone dropped cash ontop of me, I could not physically do anything so that's rediculous..

Second thing was, I was playing Black Ops 2 on Xbox 360 again and someone gave me a mod menu, I can not do anything to stop it, it was to late, now I am being punished for something I didn't do..

I was told to get my enforcement reviewed but it's saying I failed a stupid quiz and I can't do it for 24 hours.. I was then told to come on here to get help..

Please fix asap, this is rediculous.. Do anything you want, check my gameplay, check anything, this is very stupid.

Nothing anyone here can do as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

You need to go to the enforcement site
here for info on your suspension/ban & file for a case review if eligible.

The questionnaire you have to answer is very easy & is there to make sure you are familiar with the code of conduct which you agreed to follow when you started your account.

Every answer can be found in the code of conduct/terms of use or on the enforcement site.

Be aware that playing in modded lobbies is against the ToU/CoC.

Even tho Im for banning ALLDAY. Turn 10 should at least give the community a reason for being banned and how long this banned will take place. I think most of the people on FM know why they are getting banned, but not giving the community a reason will only
have repeat offenders...

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Any report filed is investigated first which takes time so your suspension for "threats & harassment" would of been for something you did weeks ago or longer.

During that investigation it looks like the enforcement team found other offences you committed in the past & that's why you have had a 100 day extension on your suspension.

For some reason these are not showing on the enforcement site.They can not be appealed.

They have not illegally suspended your account.

You agree to the ToU/CoC when you started your account which means you agreed that you will be punished if you are caught violating the ToU/CoC.

I'm simply asking 1 thing WHY IM A BANNED like how can they just ban my xbox one and not tell me why i'm banned and if i can't connect them why did they ban m with no way to connect them about why i'm banned so what your saying is the enforcement team banned
me i lose £200 and i can't find out why? Its not right if my console was banned i need to be given a reason or it could just be a random ban no because still not being given a reason..and i only made another one as they're ignoring my post i simply asked for
1 line why im i banned like the post say they would do a legthy investigation so there must be a reason i wasn't to know this reason or isit just they gonna ban me and not contact me which can be consider illegal as i've just been banned out of the blue no

Do you think this is accidental or did we get banned for a reason? Im not an adult yet so i could probably be reimbursed for the stuff i bought that has gone to waste. If i told my parents i was banned for being a jerk online id be grounded but if i was banned for no reason then thats another story. What are your opinions?
