I'm aiming in to my Xbox for the first time and it won't let me get passed the password...

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues signing in. If you’re repeatedly prompted to enter your password when you try to sign in on your Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S console, try the following solutions.

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console.

Select Restart.

Try to sign in again.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, try the next solution.

Remove and then re-add your account to the console:

Step 1: Remove your account

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account.

Select Remove accounts.

Select your account, and then confirm removal.

Step 2: Restart your console

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console.

Select Restart.

Step 3: Re-add your account to the console

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Add new.

Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

Complete the personalization settings on the next several screens.

If you still can't sign in, you’ll need to restore the default factory settings on the console. To do this, see:

Warning: Restoring your console to factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything that isn’t synchronized with the Xbox network will be lost. (Your console syncs with Xbox automatically when it’s connected with the service.)

Yes it has updated. My first problem started right on the setup where it asks your time zone then goes to sign in to your Microsoft account. It would get stuck on sign in from home page. Well I got passed that screen by using smart glass for xbox one. Now
on dash and won't let me go into setting won't let me sign in online or not.

No, I'm not gamesharing and it's a new game and console. I'm up to level 74, but it won't let me get to the menu after I put my password in.

I'm Having the same problem with my Day One Controller. When I'm playing TitanFall It aims by itself, navigates the menu by itself, won't let me click into things on the dashboard.

I've tried resetting my password multiple times, it still won't let me on. But thanks anyway.
