I'm fairly sure that the Xbox One S uses a normal figure 8 power lead, you can pick up a new one at a lot of different stores. If the lead itself is the issue, then it's an easy and cheap fix.

power supply then you will need to obtain a new power supply suitable for use in the US. If your console is one of the newer Xbox One S or Xbox One X consoles then all you will need to do is obtain a new power cable.
