    I have been a premium subscriber for Microsoft

    Solitaire collection and for at least the last month I have not been able to play the game on my phone or my tablet I understand they may have been bugged on the app I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times on both apparatuses and it's still will not I have even gone as far as doing a factory reset on my phone and still will not work yet I have no problem on my computer it is just mobile apps that do not work help!

    I have lost access to my Premium Edition as well that doesn't expire until October. Once I completed the update to the Windows Anniversary Edition, 1607, is when this happened. Every now and then (maybe 1 in 10 times) it will come up as Premium Edition,
    but most of the time it doesn't. I'm having no trouble with the Microsoft Mahjong Collection only the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
