    I'm 37 years old, my profile date is correct, yet i'm child locked from installing Doom...


    As I said, I'm 37 years old, my profile date is correct, yet i'm child locked from installing Doom... There is no 'leave family group button' as the help guide says, it doesn't show me as a child and my date of birth is clearly showing 1984. How do I fix this?

    Simply sign out and sign back in on your Xbox App and that should do the trick.

    You should be able to install rated M games now.
