I'm 13 but is says I'm too young

Hi, XBox, so I tried getting into XBox live rewards, but it says I'm too young even though it's been7 months since my 13th birthday, i really want to join but can't, please fix this.

Says I'm connected, but I'm really not?

help me! My connection just keeps randomly cutting out. The internet works just fine on my phone and my laptop, but doesn't work on my Xbox. Wireless or wired it says service info not available and Nat type unknown. But when I go to test network connection
or multiplayer connection it says you're all good. If I go to detailed network or test nat type it says I'm offline. Is there something I can do to fix it or do I have to take it up with my internet provider?

It says I'm too young for mixer when I am not.

When I try and access mixer it tells me that I am too young to use the service. I have read the terms of service and I am old enough. Could you possibly help me. Thank you.

This goes by the information you have set on your Xbox Gamertag. So if your Date of Birth on your Gamertag is set as a child, then this will impact your ability to join. However, to be double sure that this is the case, please also make sure your date of
birth is correct on your Microsoft Account here: https://account.live.com

If he is too young, or if his profile says he's too young (think the age limit is 13) he won't be able to play. Also there is an update to the game required to play, although it should have prompted him to download it before he tried to play online.

Nope. EA have a rule that says you must be 13+ going by the date of birth you entered before you're allowed to play on their servers. If you're too young then you're too young and will have to wait because you can't change your date of birth once entered.
