Illegitimate achievements

So I was playing with a friend of mine and a “hacker” joined my team and gave me all the achievements in bo2, I got scared and the deleted the achievements from the activity feed l, will I get banned for this?

Yes hacking achievements and being in glitched lobbies usa bannable,offense,, but we cannot speak for enforcement, they do not read or post here and we have no way of contacting them and neither does support

Sorry, but gamerscore resets are only issued if the player used software to obtain the achievements illegitimately.

Once an account is deemed to have illegitimate Gamerscore all achievements are forfeit and the score is removed. While the achievement remains unlocked. There fore any achievements earned are no longer earnable again

You won't lose previous achievements unless you've illegitimately earned them. Have you tried re-downloading the DLC?
