Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists so we can take care of this in a step by step manner to help recover the account. We don't want to be repetitive but we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the correct tools to further assist in

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Microsoft Account. I recommend to try the following
troubleshooting article: Recover
and reset your lost Microsoft account password.

I suggest when you get to the portion "Where should we send the code." Click on I don't have access to any of these,
and proceed with the Account
Recovery Form.

If the issue persists, try
contacting Customer Support for further assistance.

Try this:

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• A new window will pop up
  
• Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such as:
  
  • Message with an Xbox Gamer
    
  • Call me back <--- Click on this one.
    
  • Ask the Community
    

Try this out and let us know the results.

Ayant suivi les étapes j'ai un compte mail ou je peut envoyé le mail pour retrouver le compte mais sauf que lui est aussi bloqué m'affichant le même message du coup je ne peut pas accéder a mes deux comptes de plus que les numéros de téléphone associé a
mon compte ne sont plus valide et mon je ne peut plus faire de demande car "faute de preuve" ou "trop de demande on était faite pour aujourd'hui"

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this. If you're unable to recover your account yourself, contact Xbox Support. We'll need you to provide some specific information:

• The hardware identification numbers from the Xbox console you use most often.
  • For the Xbox 360, we’ll need the
    Console ID and the Console Serial Number.
  • For the Xbox One, we’ll need the
    Device ID and the Console Serial Number.
• The Microsoft account email address that you're trying to recover.
• An alternate phone number where we can reach you if necessary.
• A new Microsoft account without any gamertag associations. This new account will be used for secure communication purposes during the process of recovering your compromised account.
  To create a new Microsoft account, go to
  account.microsoft.com and select Create one! (you will need to sign out of any existing account to see the
  Create option).
  
  • When setting up this new account, please only use your phone number as a recovery option.
    Do not use an alternative email address as your other email accounts may also be compromised.
    
  • Do not use this new Microsoft account on your Xbox console or on Xbox.com until you receive further notification from Xbox Support

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
