    I've been curious about one thing before I chose to go with the xbox gamepass ultimate I had paid for my year subscription for xbox live. Learned more about the xbox gamepaszs ultimate said cool why not be able to access more games be able to play first
    before others went ahead and purchased it realized it was a monthly deduction no biggie lets do this. I did the gamepass ultimate month to 2 months after I already paid the year subscription for xbox live. Recently learned the gamepass ultimate was both xbox
    live and gamepass together one price monthly recurring deduct from my card again cool no biggie game on. Now months later I'm embarrassed to say this I'm 48 retired at 43 part time 45 full time I worked hard to earn it my son got me into call of duty never
    mind you again 48 never spent time gaming really got into it this last year. Once again embarrassed but hey new to gaming a year or so now great time with my son him on his me on my top of the line xbox one X if I'm going to do it go all out crazy stupid money
    setting it all up my time to be a kid I earned it worked hard all my life to build a family and supply all their needs and have no worries about retiring early in life and still have money coming from my companies believe me not bragging expressing my slight
    ignorance in this area of life. I believe I never was reimbursed for the prior purchase of xbox live or maybe I was just didn't notice how would I actually check if I was or wasn't refunded since that would be double dipping collecting twice the value for
    my ignorance in not checking sooner who would I touch base with.

    You can check your subscriptions and payments at http://account.microsoft.com

    When you bought Ultimate, the yearly subscription you had previously purchased should have been cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate (so for example if you still had 12 months left and bought 1 month, you should have had 13 months of Ultimate after the purchase).
    So you would not have received a refund since the purchase was upgraded. If you do see that you were being charged for both subscriptions, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Hi MichaelGutierrez8,

    If you had a year of Xbox Live Gold, by buying the upgrade to Ultimate your 12 months would be upgraded to Ultimate and you would not be refunded for Live Gold. You can check to see when your next payment is due via the Services
    & subscriptions     page. You should see that it covers the period of you Live Gold.

    Check out the GamePass Ultimate FAQ at the bottom of that webpage about upgrading Live Gold to Ultimate.
