    Hi, I have a problem with my xbox one console, when I connect the power source it flashes from yellow to white and it does not let the console turn on.

    I suppose you're talking about the xbox one fat and you're having problems in the ignition where the external power supply might be damaged, do you turn on any orange or white LEDs?

    Hello Did you try to empty the cache? For an Xbox One remains pressed the ignition button on the front of your console for 10 seconds, wait 30 seconds, restart the console. Maybe that'll solve your problem.
