    Hi all. Does anyone know if the ign app has been shut down? For months now the app just says unavailable retry.

    I haven't heard or seen anything about it shutting down.

    Want to try & narrow this down a bit. Which console are you currently experiencing this issue with? Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

    Also, what steps have you tried for this issue & are you noticing any issues with other apps as well?

    Hi. I'm currently on xbox one x. But it was doing it on my old xbox one as well.

    It hasn't worked for quite some time.

    I cant remember if I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.

    All my regular apps I use seem to be working fine.

    Most things are on xbox external hard drive.

    Thanks for that! To make sure, do you notice a specific error code/message when this issue occurs?

    Also, have you had a chance to reach out to the app
    publisher     to explore some possible options?

    no specific error code.

    When you load it up the app opens then a pop up window opens saying unavailable retry.

    I'll try to take a picture today to add.

    I haven't tried reaching the publisher.

    I've let the publisher know. But I think you should still look into it

    I see. Glad that you were able to reach out to the app publisher! Since this is the only app that you're experiencing this issue with, they'll be the best source to take a deeper look & to explore some possible options.

    A free month of XBL isn't worth downloading an IGN app... Who in the world would want an IGN app. in the first place!?

    I would have no idea about the UK Application, as it automatically directs me the Australian IGN site... But IGN UK have a Twitter page & you could ask there, as they could answer any UK questions regarding a IGN UK app etc..
