For example and I see this a lot, but no one wants to be a healer. How about switching from an attacker or defender and become a healer.

If you want a competitive game where people play to win....stay away from public matches. It's always been like that in CoD games and it's here to stay.

If you talking about a person who wants to boss the team around, no you can not file against them.

However with me, most of a time a boss comes on the chat and start giving orders; if the rest of the team follow them, the team generally wins the match.

I GOT IT... 22 wins in war games looked it on my Service Record. The match that I got it after was SWAT. Big Team takes too long and is too competitive ^u^

point, that we are playing to win or there would simply be no purpose. I don't get enjoyment from the victory though, I get it from playing a game well played. Thats why close losses are better and more fun to play than large steam rolls.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say in the last sentence. That I am complaining that I lost because some people were in party chat? If thats so, it's not the case. As I just stated, if we would have worked together and lost I could have at least said something
along the lines of "good game guys, that was fun", but now it's nothing. People are just faceless and when they loose another group of faceless people come in and play another faceless match. There is simply no spark in most multiplayer games for me anymore
because the communities are there, they just hide behind the curtain that is party chat.

Sure, wanting to have people all out of party chat is just as selfish as people who are in them, I agree. But it's what I personally think bout party chat and, in my opinion, is the demise of the multiplayer community.
