If you're on console it would be in your library in Games and Apps as ready to install.

On PC, it would be in your library in the Microsoft Store app or Xbox app.

You should also just be able to look the game up in the store and it'll show that you already on it and can install it from there.

The code is for redemption to assign it to your account, so the account that redeemed the code on the old laptop would still have the digital license for the game. The code is one-time use for acquiring that license. With the account that redeemed the
code, you should be able to download it from the store with the account that purchased it. Are you using the same Microsoft Account on your new computer?

When you buy a digital games, you get it redeemed straight to your account that made the purchase. Unless you purchase as a gift and you will get a 25 digit code to redeem for the game.

You don't ever get a physical card with a code on it. This are only sold in physical stores.

No it's not in my purchase history it was a Fastcard purchased from Walmart that comes with a one-time use only 25 digit code printed on your receipt that you redeem online at microsoft.com/redeem I still have the card and receipt

A redeemed code would still how up in your accounts purchase history. Is there any chance that you used a different account when redeeming the code?

If the game is digital and you got it free, I'm guessing you had to redeem a code from a card you got with the Xbox Bundle.

If so, the game is tied to the account that you redeemed the code with. You'll just have to go to the store, search for the game and should be able to see the download option.

Please ensure that you search for the game while logged into the account that redeemed the code, or else you'll be shown the option to purchase the game.
