    Any chance that someone has had the use of your console while you've been away? if so then you may want to have a conversation with them.

    When you start a chat conversation it states the proper procedure in reporting someone that you have an unfavorable conversation with.

    Sorry you had a problem, hopefully someone that works on their team can track them down.

    Please report them to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and include the entire chat transcript, along with the date and time (and time zone) of your conversation. Thank you.

    Just ignore them or block them, delete conversations and so on.. Just don't send any messages to them..

    No you're not - you were right. I had them embedded properly at first and I have no idea why they changed. Is there any way to delete my first post?
