I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft account security information.

If you have no longer access to your Microsoft account and the security email with the 2-step verification feature is enabled, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to recover your account as the account recovery web form will not work.

"On the Security Basics page, select the Update info button. If you're not already signed in to your Microsoft account, you'll be prompted to sign in.

You may be asked to enter a verification code to continue. If you don't have access to your alternate email or phone number, choose I don't have any of these and follow the instructions to replace your security info.

You'll see your security info under Security Settings. Choose Remove for any you want to remove. You may be asked to add new security info before you can remove the old info.

Note: Updating your security information may cause your account undergo to a 30-day security lockdown. During this time, you cannot make any changes or additions to security settings or billing info. Your account is still open and active, and you can still use your email, Skype, OneDrive, and devices as usual."

If you haven't updated your security proofs it may be locking you out until you have completed it. Try going to
account.live.com/proofs and completing the proofs section by adding an email or cell number and then inputting the code sent into the site. This may clear your problems as the security proofs are
a requirement for securing your account against hacking. You do not have to activate two-step security.

You will need to undergo a 30 days security info update since your old phone is no longer active. Clue " I don't have these anymore"

Hello I found the Solution. May tis is also Helpful for other Gamer. i used "Edit security info" & activated the Set up two-step verification. After activating this I had my alternate email address as aliasaccount.

In case that I don´t use a Smart Device - I did not Set up the App authenticator. That was the reason why i could not Sign in to my console. After 4,5 h mindbreaking Time I resolved the issue in this way. I removed the two-step-verification and also I deleted
and removed the Alias Account, so my alternate email address. After taking this Troubleshootingsteps I was able to Sign in to my console. Please refer this to the other Gamer and may you will have less work cheers Ecosse from Germany

Thanks for coming to the forums. There are a few ways. You can try what the ambassadors posted. There is also something called

Two step verification. Just follow this guide and turn on if you want it on. Be careful with Two step though, if the email or phone used is no longer available before changing it, it is very hard to get back into the account.
