This sounds like a possible issue with the discord app on your xbox or the discord account settings. Here are some steps you can try to fix it:

- Make sure you have the latest version of the discord app on your xbox and that it is signed in with the same account as on your phone or PC.

- On your phone or PC, go to discord.com and log in with your account. Then, go to User Settings > Connections and make sure your xbox account is linked and enabled. - On your xbox, go to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts and make sure your discord account is linked and enabled.

- On your xbox, launch the discord app and go to Settings > Voice & Video. Then, select the option to Transfer Voice Chat to this Xbox. It should show you the name of the current xbox you are using. If it shows a different name, try signing out and signing back in to the discord app.

I'm assuming this is how you did it, but if it doesn't work try the discord app on your phone.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with linking your Discord account to your Xbox. Please try the following steps to fix the problem:



1. On your Xbox, go to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts and unlink your Discord account.

2. On your PC or mobile device, open the Discord app and go to User Settings > Connections and disconnect your Xbox account.

3. Restart both your Xbox and your Discord app.

4. On your Xbox, go to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts and link your Discord account again. You should receive a code on your screen.

5. On your PC or mobile device, open the Discord app and go to User Settings > Connections and connect your Xbox account. Enter the code that you received on your Xbox.

6. On your Xbox, launch the Discord app and try to join a server.

Try the procedure again: To connect to Discord through your Xbox console:
Press the Xbox  button on your controller to open the dashboard.
Go to Profile & System > Settings > Account > Linked Social Accounts.
In the Discord tile, select Link.
Follow the instructions to link your Discord account. If it doesn't work make sure the correct permissions are enabled in Discord to allow the Xbox connection. Make sure you have given Xbox permission to connect to Discord in the Discord app settings. Also make sure that the option "Show status game activities" is turned on.
