    I think somewhere it says report within 24 hours and I’m under the impression if it is past that they cannot review the party would appreciate some insight if possible when it comes to reporting people.

    Hello Gilly, Enforcement is a separate department of Xbox Support.

    If you have made an appeal to them you will have to wait until they have finished analyzing your case, unfortunately they do not say how long this may take.

    WHY XBOX ENFORCEMENT

    No good posting here.The enforcement team don't read the forums.

    Customer support are nothing what so ever to do with xbox live enforcement.

    Doesn't matter how long you've been an xbox live gold member,it doesn't make you exempt from the rules.

    You've filed for a case review so you will have to wait until you hear from the enforcement team.

    I don't know if Microsoft records and keeps the record of all voice communications going on in Xbox parties and if they do, how long they keep them for etc.

    but, the best thing you can do is to block and mute them. you will never have to deal with them again.

    I also have this issue, I have a suspension on messaging and party chat fronts, with no indication of who did it, and i was completely passive. YOUR XBOX ENFORCEMENT WEBSITE IS PERMANENTLY OFFLINE, IT JUST SPINS NEVER LOADS. FIX IT

    Can't appeal a ban, says I have a perfect record but on xbox says im banned. how to fix?

    My sons having the same problem, received an email saying his banned but no details at all on his enforcement page, says he has a perfect record, no idea how long the ban is or for what. How do you contact xbox??
