    What game is that specifically?

    In most cases, there are games from the Microsoft Store online that is removed or cannot be purchased anymore but the game disc will still work as is. You should be able to play it offline if the game has an offline mode feature.

    Hi,

    Thanks for responding the game I have is Minecraft Xbox One Edition and everytime i try to load It it is stuck on 0% and It will say installation stopped after it says installation started I will probably try with a different disc if its something wrong with my current one.

    If that didn't work, please insert the game disc on your console and go to the Xbox Store and manually search Minecraft game. There should be an option to install it from there.

    Problem with White cirlcles on xbox disk

    The marks can occur because of the Xbox being moved when the disc is still in the tray, regardless of the console being on or off. You could try and see if the game installs (or borrow a friend's disc to install), that way the game will run off of the hard
    drive and your disc problem should be gone.

    If the problem still persists, there are stores that can repair/remove the marks from your disc.
