If ever the Xbox 360 marketplace is shutdown, you won't be able to purchase your demo games after that unless you purchased them before it shuts down.

There's a extremely limited amount of original xbox games that are backwards compatible on the xbox one & the original xbox servers were shut down long before the xbox one came out.

More xbox 360 games will most likely be added to the bc list after the xbox series x is released so it's highly unlikely that the xbox 360 servers will be shut down anytime soon plus there are still a lot of xbox 360 users out there.

As a rule,if you don't see an official announcement from Microsoft about the xbox 360 severs then don't believe it.

I remember a rumour that said the xbox 360 servers would definitely be shut down in 2018 & the old forums were full of people complaining even though nothing was officially announced.

I would assume that if you are still able to access the XBox Store that contains the DLC for said games, you should still be able to buy the DLC. How ever I have not seen anything about the servers being shut down any time soon, so I wouldn't worry about
that too much. If anything, an offical announcement would be released by Microsoft in the event that they would shut it down and explain all the details of what that would entail.

They haven't shut down any regions store on the 360.

I'm in the U.K. & easily use the store on the xbox 360.

Considering you also need the xbox 360 store to buy backwards compatible games on a xbox one then why would they shut it down?

You can still download a game along with its latest game updates even if it has been delisted or if the store has been turned down as long as you own or have a license of a game on your account.
