    If my Xbox live account is permanently banned, can I submit a case review and get it unbanned?


    My xbox live account was permanently banned for “cheating” even though I have never have or would cheat on any game. The day before i was banned i made a looking for group post asking people to do the casino heist in gta v. The next day my post was taken
    down for “offensive content” and i was banned for cheating. My post had nothing offensive in it and i feel like that may have contributed to my ban. I have the option to apply for a case review but i am wondering if its even possible to get my account unbanned

    Have been permanent suspended since 2nd October 2023 and I'm still suspended.

    A permanent ban is just that,permanent,meaning that account will never be unbanned.

    As your case review was denied then that's it,there is nothing else you can do to get the ban lifted.

    I understand your concern for your account, and I hope this can answer your question in the best way possible. Once your account has been permanently banned, the only way to possibly get it unbanned would be to file a case review and wait for the enforcement
    team to respond. Unfortunately, if they find the case review is incorrect, you will most likely have no access to the account anymore. I hope this answers your question, and that it keeps you gaming in the future!

    Apply for the case review, let the team re-look at the case again and hopefully they will unban your account.

    You can submit an appeal but it will depend on the severity of your case.
