If my account is suspended is it possible to update security info?

bad news. my account got suspended. apparently if the customer service thing changes my security info its a violation of their thing. welp atleast the hacker doesnt have my account :/

Exists the possibility that at this point the security info update process can't be cancelled

Are you still experiencing issues with messaging? If so, on your PC, sign in at enforcement.xbox.com to see if your account is suspended or your Xbox is banned from Xbox Live. It's possible this may be why you can’t send messages. If your account and console
are in good standing, sign in at account.microsoft.com. Go to Security > Update your security info and supply any needed details. Then, on your Xbox, sign out, and sign back in.

If it's telling you to visit account.live.com then it's probably needing you to update your proofs. Log in there and click on Security and Password, make sure you have at least one back up email and a phone number (best to use a mobile number so you can
get a text to verify). And maybe change your password to be safe.

According to their recent security updates and ToU agreement, all accounts need to have good contact info on them. If not then they suspend your account until that info is up to date.
