    I have been com banned and I’m reading the CoC and am going to change up my act! But I can’t get the thought of being unbanned and then being reported for a message I said a week before the ban or 2 weeks before the ban out of my head.

    Or after a ban is that stuff from the past rendered obsolete? I want to be a good Xbox player and become a friendly person and want to know if that stuff I said before the com ban has become obsolete after a ban?

    I would have thought maybe when someone has been reported for messages the Xbox enforcement team would go through all of my messages I have sent in the past and present and ‘tallied’ them up or something like that and would’ve given me a suspension for however long they think a should have due to how many swears or thing that go against CoC.

    What has already been punished is not reassessed and punished again, but other occasions may still be subject to punishment.

    Nothing you do or say on xbox live becomes obsolete.You can get suspended for stuff you did several months ago if it's reported or the enforcement team pick it up.There's no time limit on when you can be suspended/banned for something.

    I wouldn't stress too much about it,the message was sent & you can't change that now.You may get another suspension,you may not.No one can tell you for certain.

    Can’t play Xbox 360 games while com banned

    It says I’ve been suspended from Xbox live and I won’t be able to sign in when I’m unbanned but the only problem is I’m communication banned and it should have no effect on playing games and it’s on all my Xbox 360 games I play in an Xbox series X but the problem also happens on my Xbox one s and I am not the first user on this xbox. Please fix this as soon as possible.
