If I'm banned indefinitely does that mean I will never get to play Xbox again?

It says I'm banned indefinite which means that it hasn't been decided but I've also been doing research and it says that you basically can't get back into Xbox servers until 9999 which is lifetime and I honestly don't want to get banned forever I put my heart and soul into Xbox and I've made one mistake that will never happen again and I just want my account back Xbox is basically my life without it I don't feel like I'm a person because it just makes me happy hearing the sound

No one here can help as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info & to file for a case review if eligible.

If it is a permanent ban then you would have to start a new account in order to carry on playing on xbox.

It may also be a perm ban

Or if console ban then it's indefinite

An indefinite ban means it's permanent. You can only submit 1 appeal.

I don't know. They've made some changes to the enforcement site this year and that's one of them.
