If I wanted to join the Xbox Live Enforcement Team, what are the requirements?

You would need to watch the Microsoft jobs page for openings, the solicitation would list qualifications

Microsoft can't stop people from joining Xbox live and doing that. all I do is block and report with a message in the report, so the enforcement team knows what there doing.

You have to live near their headquarters in Redmond, WA, US or be willing to move when there is a job opening, which you'd apply for like any other position.

but all of this is incorrect, not recommended and advised against doing so. One, Support has nothing to with Policy Enforcement. Two, the only way to contact the Policy Enforcement Team is by Filing a Complaint via the Xbox 360 Console Dashboard and Xbox LIVE.

The Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team does want, wish, request or need Third Party Submissions (Pictures/ Videos whatever) to either take action or decide if someone is in violation of the Terms of Use. In short, no "proof" is required. All the actual Proof
the XBL PET needs is on Xbox LIVE itself.

[/quote]While your comment seems genuine, making XBL a better place doesn't pay the bills, nor does it put food on the table. The amount of hours required to police XBL is huge. Even with all the PET members that they have now, it takes a while to get
to all of the complaints. So with the level of commitment needed from people that police XBL, it will need to be a paid position to do so. Moderating XBL for free is a noble idea, but not realistic.
