Actually, your progress and data for those games are already stored on your cloud storage for as long as you are playing them while being online.

Uninstalling the game will not delete any of your data and yes, you can always reinstall them back anytime because you already owned those games digitally. It will sync back your progress again once you get to the game.

This has happened to me twice, im not sure if i want to uninstall and re install the app incase i loose all my data on the xbox fitness app, can anyone who has uninstalled and re installed let us know if you loose your data, otherwise it is pointless.

Please try to check your games in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the game is in the account, I suggest removing your account and add it back.
