If I remove myself from a Family, will I lose all my games in progress?

You won't lose any game progress at all once you have been removed from a family, however, there might be restrictions that are automatically applied if you are using a child account like when playing multiplayer online games. It needs to be managed by a parent account.

If I remove my account from the console, will I lose the progress on all of my other games or not?

So if I remove her from the family she won't lose any progress or anything?

Also if i remove myself from the family account (even though ive already been removed from it) Will i lose my gold membership even though it was purchased separately from the pack?

i logged into my account on your first link it shows me and my son in two boxes i click on his profile to remove him it says i'm not the person that added him - the only option it shows on my profile is to remove myself from the family group is that what u mean (as i am logged in on my account) Wont he lose his consent to access stuff if remove myself from the family group?
