For example, if you use your Microsoft balance, it will be credited back to your Microsoft balance as well.

How do you add money to my Microsoft account without an xbox gift card, I already tried the family thing and even that wasn't helpful, why can't I just add money to my account with a credit card wouldn't that be easier instead of having to buy a gift card.

That is really lame if you can't use a gift card to purchase memberships and be made more visible announcement through the company. I just was on with support tonight about this issue and he said I should try again in 24 to 72 hours to make the purchase
with my Microsoft money so even their employee's aren't aware of this limiting issue. I want a refund so I can use my Best Buy gift card I had used for this for a different purchase but I am sure as others have stated below that I won't get a refund. I kind
of feel scammed that this isn't stated more visibly by the company.
