I'm assuming you are referring to Microsoft Rewards points. For Microsoft Rewards, 1,000 points equals 1$ in value (euros in your case), so yes if you have 60,000 points, then that values to 60 euros if you want to redeem those points for Microsoft Gift
Card currency. There is no option for 60$ (euros) on the redemption page for Microsoft Gift Card currency, so you would have to split it up redeeming a 10$ (euros) gift card and then redeem a 50$ gift card with the remaining points for a total of 60. More

Go to the redeem section of the site and you can find a gift card you want and use the points you've accumulated to redeem it.

Are you using two separate accounts? If they're separate accounts with separate logins, you likely won't be able to combine the two.

If it's the same account showing two different values, be sure to reach out to Microsoft Rewards Support
here by going to the bottom of the page and clicking the link "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support".

However, note that it's possible to have a "lifetime" value higher than your current number of points as points can be spent redeeming items, so if you're seeing a "lifetime" and a "current" value it could be entirely right that they're different. (e.g.
personally, my lifetime points value is roughly twice what I currently have after I redeemed some gift cards.)

I like to try and accumulate the points, but for the holidays i got some gift cards and then i redeemed for the xbox currency and got some games for nothing basically.

with all due respect, I did not make a one-time purchase. I purchased three separate gift cards. each gift card is $19.99 and is good for 3500 Minecoins. Each gift card was rung up by the Target cashier separately and each gift card has it's own distinct "Download Code." again, we've done this multiple times in the past: i.e. bought separate Minecoin gift cards, each of the same value and Minecoin denomination and redeemed each gift card on my son's Microsoft/Xbox account. each time we redeem a gift card, I can go to our Order History and see each card and see each Minecoin amount as well as log into his Minecraft account to show all Minecoins redeemed. so again, with all due respect, these are not one-time purchases. I've seen others on this forum who've had the same issue.
