if i purchase a game from live on xbox 1 and its available on xbox will you be able to have it for a lower price as in not full xbox price or upgrade xbox game to xbox 1 for a small fee as with minecraft think this would be a good idea

yes, i know about payment method (infact i must use my mastercard and not my MS points or MS credit)

yes, i know about game restrictions....but this is not a real problem cause games i wanna buy are AAA games and they are "global".

i'm talking about ...ban or something like this

It depends on whether or not the publishers have created a deal. Some games will allow you to upgrade for free or at a discounted price if you purchased them on the 360 and then purchase them on the One. So it would just depend on the game. The deals are
usually a limited time offer though so you have to purchase them by a certain date.

i purchased the game from xbox live then i found it's not worked without base so how i can refund because i want to purchase it with base

To clarify, I was talking about games I installed FROM THE DISK to the harddrive, not games purchased from xbox live as digital downloads. I know I don't have to re-download (other than their licenses) any of the digital content I purchased.
