No, you are not able to download purchases from Epic Games Store on the Xbox system. Only the games that are available on the Xbox Store.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to have to say, Epic Fail by Microsoft for not being able to include non digital format purchased. I got the games as a bundle with the XBOX One from Microsoft's own store!! Very bad way to treat paying customers, especially
when this functionality is with other vendors.

Did you purchased the DLC in the Microsoft / Xbox store?

If that's the case, purchased content on a different store let's you use that content only with that store

This applies with all the stores.
For example you purchased a game via epic store and want to download through steam, you need to pay on steam in order to play the game from there <you can change epic and steam for a different store)
