Where does it say 30 mins and I assume this is Mixer related?

For me it said key to streaming takes up to 24h now, but this might be different on console.

The problem was that you did not have access to the security proof that was on the account when you originally started this process.

All you had access to was the email and password.

Therefore Microsoft to make sure people are not just getting peoples emails and passwords for their accounts and going in and changing information on the accounts and stealing the accounts they require a verification of ownership by sending out a code to
the security proof on the account.

They do realize that some people no longer have access to the security proof on the accounts so that is why they do put this 30 day hold on accounts if you can remember the email and password for the account.

The ONLY way to get past this 30 day hold would be to gain access back to the previous security proof that was on the account.

If you gain access back to the security proof on the account and try and do something it will give you the choice to cancel the proof change and send a code to one of the old security proofs.

Otherwise you will need to wait the 30 days.

It's not the matter of gaming my friend, it's the matter that I have things that I just bought for bettering my mixer stream. And I wouldbe paying two months worth of payments before even getting a hour of setting it all up via OBS. I just want to verify
my account at this point not change it.

If it's the "Standard time" then why does this lock message tell me this problem should have been finished 04/15/20. Bye my clock that was 4 hours ago. I don't get how I get one message from a prompt and another from someone else. I'd understand if it
took 2-3 days but how are they going to give me a date then turn around and add 29 more days to it?

I don’t understand what is stopping you from signing into your account to game, Are you seeing error messages when attempting to sign in?

The link I posted above discusses updating personal information and has a section which i have copied and pasted below highlighting that you can continue to use your account during this process:

The update takes 30 days, and during that time you can sign in on your console, but there will be certain things you can’t do with your account. Here's what to expect after you've updated your security info:

• The security info you chose to remove will be deleted in 30 days.
  During that time, we'll send notifications to the phone number or email address that's being removed, in case an attacker is attempting to remove your information.
• We can't expedite this process.
• You'll be able to continue using your console during the 30-day waiting period, and you can continue using your account to make purchases online.
• You'll be unable to make security changes to your account, change your password, or manage parental controls online.
