    Didnt Get Reward Points for myh Xbox One X Purchased at a Microsoft Store

    I bought my One X directly through a Microsoft Store because i saw that i would get 1 reward point for every dollar spent at a Microsoft Store. I bought it on 2/15 and gave mt email attached to my account and i do not see anything on my account that i even
    ever bought a new console.

    VIP rebates only apply to digital purchases from the Xbox store. So hardware and other purchases from the Microsoft store do not count.

    We do not reward physical purchases unless they are part of a special offer. Hardware is not eligible for MyVIP.

    I could install "Mass Effect 2" on my Xbox One X console by "EA Access" subscription! Moreover, it is possible to play in Japanese.
