if i hard reset will i get all my gems i bought back or are they gone for good

Game saves are stored on the xbox cloud so you should be good

It is an honor for me to speak with you today and try to help you in any way necessary. If you do a restore on your console you will not lose any data as long as you have made a backup copy since the data is stored in the Xbox Cloud, so there should be no problems.
