so if I get pictures and video of people modding and it affected my KD in the game or the outcome of my game how do I know that they will have a console banned for modding

I also had a similar problem. I was on LoveFilm when the screen went black and then an image came up
[Mod Removed] . A still picture though, not a video. I went into chat with a microsoft employee and they have no clue how this could've happened, the mentioned nothing about the PlayTo setting and they have nothing on file about how to resolve
