I have an xbox series s how do you restart that also what your describing sounds like an factory reset wont that delete all my data

I have the xbox series s. I'm in the U.S. and I don't think I part of the program. And I've tries factory resetting my xbox and resetting the router.

this thing started from Xbox One X , after that I bought Xbox One S but the same thing happened in that too

then I bought Series S and again the same thing is happening to the new series S as well

I did every troubleshooting out there but that damn problem is still there , practically unplayable condition

can you imagine when I turned off internet and start game in offline mode still game lagging like hell
