    If I delete my user, do I lose the game data?


    Hello, I had problems with the game Rocket League, and the solution to it was to uninstall my user from the console and reinstall it again,
    but I'm afraid to do this and lose data from my games like Forza Horizon 2, For Honor, GTA V (offline), Fifa 18, etc.

    If I delete my user and put it back, will I lose this data?

    Is anyone having problems with playing mass effect 3? Not sure this should here or in Mass Effect 3 forum

    If I do that I'll will lose all my save games progress.I did delete and reinstall the game.I'll let you know how I did.All other games works.

    Hello Shadow,

    you can factory reset your console and keep your data but I suggest you uninstall the game first and reinstalling it to see if that fixes the issue.

    I already tried, but it did not work. The site about my problem gave several alternatives and I have done all, only remaining that of deleting the user.

    No you don not lose your game saves and progression if you uninstall a game or remove your account from console as this data is saved in cloud and when you login to any console, even if it's a new one and you start a game the data will be synced. Same even
    works for Play Anywhere games where you can continue from your last saves on your PC or Xbox One.
