    I have an Xbox one and upgraded to a series S I’m logged into the same account on both consoles if I delete Digital games off of my Xbox one will delete the games off of my series s as well since it’s still under the same live account?

    Its the only game I have issues with yes.

    Is the above suggestion to reset my xbox storage as in delete all my games that I have installed?

    Hello Jesse, I've looked into the method you've suggested and it only shows games that I've deleted in my all owned games section on my new Xbox, if I were to delete the games on my old Xbox and then download them on my new one from the all owned games section would that work? Also if I were to delete add ons off of my base games so I can download them without problems would I have to rebuy the add ons?

    Hi there, you're welcome! No please don't delete the games you have installed. There should be an option on Xbox series S as well to delete local save storage for xbox 360. Since Xbox 360 backwards compatible games also runs on Xbox one up to Xbox series X.

    Try going to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local Xbox 360 storage this option should show up. It will delete the saved games locally but the cloud saves will remain.

    For such cases, our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:
    Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
    this thing started from Xbox One X , after that I bought Xbox One S but the same thing happened in that too

    then I bought Series S and again the same thing is happening to the new series S as well

    I did every troubleshooting out there but that damn problem is still there , practically unplayable condition

    can you imagine when I turned off internet and start game in offline mode still game lagging like hell

    tell me what to do now ?
