    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    It will delete everything on the console where you performed the steps. This includes game clips stored on your local storage.

    With your game progress/save, as long as you're playing them while connected to Xbox Live, they will just re-sync.

    I had the similar issue awhile back and literally tried everything from hard reseting my xbox to clearing everything on it and nothing seemed to work. It seems to be an internal issue. Is this a new gen console ?

    Hello Lux,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on factory reset. If an Xbox one there are two choices.

    1. Reset and keep my games and apps.-- This erases all profiles, but games and apps stay on the console.
    2. Reset and remove everything--This removes everything completely from the console games, apps, profiles.
