The analog joystick... Cursor going in any direction it wants to ... Without touching the joystick... You can calibrate your joysticks... Or re-center them... There is a setting somewhere in the 360... Calibrate analog joysticks or calibration settings for
joystick... Calibrate your joystick... I have seen it before but cannot locate now

But it resets or recenters/realigns your joysticks so it doesnt drift all over your page... Your cursor

If all you wanted was the PS-styled analog stick, you could've done what I did - get a MLG Pro Circuit controller. It's similar to a regular Xbox 360 controller, but it has "parts" that are interchangeable, including the joysticks. It even comes with the
PS-styled joysticks you want. You can find it
here. It's great because when a part stops working or gets old (joystick, cord, d-pad, etc.), I can just replace that part for $10-15 without having to replace the entire controller, which would be about $50.

Yup! I also have a similar problem. My left analog stick is defective. It keeps looking up and down without me even touching the controller! It makes it literally IMPOSSIBLE to play any games that require the use of the left analog stick. I also have the
Day One edition controller and am not interested in losing it to a ordinary replacement. I thought Microsoft tested these controllers NON-STOP like they showed in the videos! What happened!?
