    If I change the Billing Address to a different E-Mail Address than my Account E-Mail, will...


    On the account I actually use on my Xbox, I changed the billing address to the E-Mail of this account and it sends e-receipts there as expected. However, I was wondering if the e-receipts also still send to the E-Mail used for my Xbox Account as well as
    the E-Mail I sent, or if it stops sending e-receipts to the E-Mail that is no longer set?

    Start by changing the e-mail on your old account to a different e-mail address. That will free up the e-mail address from the old account so that it can be used on your new account.

    Can't change contact preferences.

    Go to the billing contact preferences, and change the e-mail. Be sure to use a safe and secure e-mail address, as xbox is under a hacking crisis (related to EA?). I'd change the e-mail on the billing website which is also the contact preference.
