    If I buy a sealed copy of Gears 5, will I get the Terminator Character Pack or has the DLC...


    The two Terminator character packs for Gears 5 are no longer being sold on the Xbox store. However, the first Terminator character pack was included as a code in some editions of Gears 5. If I buy a sealed copy, will I get the DLC or has the code expired? What is the code's expiration date?

    Hello again, is just the opposite, the game code if it was not redeemed must be valid, however if it has any validity will be written on the code paper.

    Hello NetSpiker, usually these promotional codes only mention the expiration date in the code itself, however it should not have validity because the pack is still sold on sites such as Eneba, CDkeys etc.

    I asked a similar question on reddit and someone just told me that no expiration date is mentioned in the box with regard to the DLC code.

    I don't understand. If the code is still being sold on some sites, why would that mean the code is not valid?

    Did you mean to say "it should still have validity"?

    I don't know how trustworthy those sites are. Is there anything stopping them from selling an expired code?
